Am besten gefallenI stayed at this hotel for six nights at the end of June and had a wonderful experience overall. We stayed in Room 434, an ocean-facing room with a larger balcony. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the view overlooking the pool and beautifully maintained hotel grounds was lovely. The service throughout the resort was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, accommodating, and genuinely polite, making us feel very welcome during our stay. The breakfast was very good, although I found it to be quite expensive. For lunch, my favorite spot was the outdoor casual restaurant. The food was excellent, the portions were generous enough to share, and the conch fritters were absolutely decadent! The beach is beautiful, and there were always plenty of beach and pool chairs available, making it easy to relax without having to reserve a spot early. If I could suggest a few improvements, I would love to see a larger fitness center with more equipment, additional morning fitness classes, and the addition of a pickleball court. I also found the prices for paddleboard and kayak rentals at the activity center to be on the expensive side. Considering this is already a premium-priced hotel and not an all-inclusive resort, I think those rentals could be more reasonably priced. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a beautiful property with excellent service, and I would definitely return.
