Am besten gefallenOverall, it was a good and comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and pleasant to use. The facilities were generally good, and the staff were helpful and accommodating. Although I initially had an issue with the room I was assigned, the staff were understanding and resolved it promptly without any resistance, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was positive, although nothing particularly exceptional compared to other five-star hotels I have stayed at
VerbesserungswürdigI felt the hotel was overpriced for what it offered. I’ve stayed at similar five-star hotels in Melbourne for almost half the price. The initial room was disappointingly small, especially for our anniversary, although the staff changed it promptly. The view was nothing special, and the breakfast had very limited options, particularly for international guests. I wouldn’t pay extra for breakfast again.
