9.0Great Stay Overall and I will definitely return and recommend 💯
Am besten gefallenThe rooms were exceptionally clean and the facilities were great. The staff truly made our stay special! John and Joana at breakfast were warm, friendly, and hospitable. Joana, in particular made delicious omelets! Mark and Alexander at the reception and checkout desk were equally welcoming and professional. The service was exceptional and the entire team deserves a 100% rating for their hospitality and dedication. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one! I will definitely recommend 💯💯
VerbesserungswürdigThe property was great overall, but I recommend management should ensure that their terms and policies are clearly communicated to booking platforms such as Booking.com to avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises at check-in. I had a rather unpleasant experience at check-in regarding breakfast arrangements for my children. Although the issue was eventually resolved, the initial experience was disappointing and could have been avoided with clearer communication between the property and the booking platform.
