VerbesserungswürdigExtremely disappointing stay in Room 910. The room exhibits severe maintenance neglect: moisture damage on the bathroom ceiling, a heavily clogged air vent, and an exposed metal on the fold-out bed frame that caused a physical injury to my leg. Management completely ignored my formal complaint email, only offering a room change at 9 PM on our final night before checkout, which was entirely unreasonable. Furthermore, the NSW Tourism Association confirmed in writing that this hotel holds NO official star accreditation, despite displaying a 5-star plaque at the entrance and charging premium luxury rates (NZD 1,581.37 for 2 nights). IMPORTANT: Please check the attached photos and read the low-rating reviews. You will see this is a recurring issue. Despite management’s generic apologies and repeated promises to improve, no real action is taken.
