Great hotel!

Liked mostWe absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic—it’s within walking distance of the main streets of Ginza and conveniently close to several train lines, making it incredibly easy to explore Tokyo. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay. They were warm, professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a late check-out, which we truly appreciated. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Tokyo and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Could improveThe only downside was the noise from the trains. Even though we stayed on a very high floor, we could hear the trains throughout the day and night. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this is something to be aware of.

Exceptional, we will definitely return next time when we visit Tokyo.

Liked mostWe were pleasantly surprised with the size of the rooms and the comfort of the beds and pillows. The black out curtains did their jobs with the 4am sunrise and we all slept very well. The location is exactly what we wanted, quiet and safe in the business district but just a block away from all the restaurants and just 10 mins away from Ginza. The breakfast is exceptional, many choices of both Japanese and western breakfast and of a very high quality as well. My kids are so thrilled to have fresh fruits (even melon!) and ice cream for breakfast. And I didn’t even mention the skyline view, it is absolutely amazing both day and night. We also loved their eco initiative, since we were staying for 5 nights, the change of towels and bed sheets were only every 3 days, and that’s just right. There is also a coin laundry within the hotel that makes life much easier for longer stays.

Could improveThe only down side is there was an unpleasant odor in our rooms, and despite the dehumidifiers on the room and informing the front desk about it, not much as changed.

Convenient location, but the cleanliness did not meet my expectations.

Liked mostThe biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location. It is conveniently located within walking distance of train stations, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it easy to get around Tokyo.

Could improveUpon check-in, I noticed what appeared to be an eyelash or eyebrow hair on the pillow and stains on the toilet seat. As we had just completed a 12-hour flight and were extremely tired, I didn’t request a room change at the time. However, these issues made me question the room’s cleanliness, and I believe housekeeping could pay more attention to these details.

Overall it was a nice stay in Tokyo

Liked mostThe hotel and the rooms were very clean, the staff was always very helpful and kind. The position was also great with an amazin view to the Tokyo skyline. Even if the breakfast was almost 19€, we considered booking it every day as it was a very full breakfast with a mix of continental and Asian elements. I loved making my pancakes in the pancake machine, as well as making myself a seafood bowl of rice and fresh fish options in the mornings.

Could improveOur biggest challenge in the room was to find enough space open our luggages. One side of the bed had larger space and the other side was very cramped to get to the bed (but at least there was space at both sides!). The bathroom and shower on the other hand were a lot more spacey. Small hotel rooms are the "normal" in Japan, so we got used to it.
