Our role

Edenfinder is a travel comparison and booking-intermediation platform operated by DOME Digital Solutions Ltd. Co.. We compare hotel and flight prices sourced from third-party rate engines and platforms, and you can complete a booking in two ways: directly on edenfinder.com, or on the partner site you choose (for example Booking.com, Expedia, Aviasales), under the partner’s published terms.

In both cases Edenfinder acts solely as a technical intermediary and is never the seller of the travel service: the accommodation or transport contract is always concluded between you and the property or carrier. For bookings completed on edenfinder.com, payment is collected and the booking is transmitted to the property by Nuitee Travel Limited acting as merchant of record (details in the “Direct bookings” section).

Prices and availability

Displayed prices and availability stream in real time from third-party rate engines and suppliers and may change between your search and the confirmation of the booking. No price shown during search or comparison constitutes a binding offer by Edenfinder.

Only the total confirmed at the moment of payment is binding: in the edenfinder.com checkout, the total shown before you pay; on partner sites, the total confirmed by the partner. Edenfinder is not liable for manifest price or availability errors originating in third-party supplier data.

Cancellation terms, board types and rate conditions are those stated on the booking page before payment.

Exclusive rates reserved for customers

Some rates published on edenfinder.com are exclusive rates that Edenfinder makes available to its registered customers as a personal welcome offer, with the discount already applied. They are private, personalised rates for people who book through Edenfinder, not public retail prices: showing them on the site serves to inform customers that the rate exists and does not turn them into a commercial offer to the general public, nor a market reference price.

When present, the struck-through price is the standard reference price for the same stay, shown for comparison only; the amount actually payable is the exclusive rate shown next to it, welcome discount included. These rates are made possible by Edenfinder’s commercial agreements and a voluntary reduction of its own intermediation margin; they may change or be withdrawn at any time and are valid while available.

Affiliate compensation

Edenfinder may earn a commission from partners when a booking is completed via a link on this site. The commission never affects the price you pay.

Liability

We work to keep information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee the absence of errors in third-party engine and supplier data, or the availability of rates at booking time.

For bookings completed on partner sites, your counterpart for any dispute is the platform where the booking was made. For bookings completed on edenfinder.com, payments, refunds and invoicing are handled by Nuitee Travel Limited as merchant of record, while the delivery of the stay is the property’s responsibility; Edenfinder provides the technical platform and first-line support.

Direct bookings on Edenfinder

Besides price comparison, you can complete your booking directly on edenfinder.com. In that case the accommodation contract is concluded between you and the property; the payment is processed and the invoice is issued by Nuitee Travel Limited, 1st Floor, 4 Waterloo Road, Dublin 4, D04 A0X3, Ireland (hello@nuitee.com, company reg. 570685, Tax ID IE3388031IH), acting as merchant of record. Edenfinder never stores your card details.

The total shown at checkout includes the taxes and fees listed in the payment breakdown. Some local charges (such as city tax) may be excluded and payable at the property: when that is the case, we say so before payment and in the confirmation.

The cancellation terms of the selected rate are shown before payment and repeated in the confirmation and voucher. You can view, cancel or change the dates of your booking yourself from your account or the link in the confirmation email.

Right after payment you receive the confirmation with the hotel code and the PDF voucher by email.
