Delete your account

Last updated: August 2026

On Edenfinder an account is optional — you can search and book as a guest. If you created one and want it removed, along with the data attached to it, here is how to ask and what happens to your data.

How to request deletion

Email info@edenfinder.com from the address you signed up with, saying you want your Edenfinder account deleted. Using the same address is how we check the request is really yours — it is the only check we make, and we will never ask for your password.

We confirm the deletion by email. We process it within 30 days of the request, usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Your profile and sign-in credentials, your name and email address, your favourites and saved lists, your Edenpoints balance, your push notification tokens, and the recent searches stored on your account.

Unused Edenpoints are cleared with the account. They cannot be converted or transferred.

What is kept, and for how long

Bookings already issued stay on record: they are accounting and tax documents and must be kept for the period required by applicable law (typically ten years). They also remain with Nuitee Travel Limited, the merchant of record for the transaction and the party issuing the invoice, and with the property, which needs them to honour the stay.

Deleting your account does not cancel an upcoming booking. If you want to cancel a stay, do that first from the Trips section or by writing to us, under the terms of your rate.

Usage statistics for the site and the app are aggregated and anonymous: they are not linked to your account and cannot be traced back to you, so deletion does not affect them.

Removing only some data

If you would rather remove only part of your data — your favourites or your notification tokens, for example — ask at the same address, info@edenfinder.com, without deleting the account.
