Could improveDårligt service i poolområdet - personalet var aggressive og ikke tilstede Vi fik 5 forskellige tipspunkter af vide for hvornår poolen var åben. Det gjorde at vi missede poolen åbningstid da poolen var lukket da vi kom tilbage fra hotellet efter vi havde været ude at opleve byen - selvom at vi havde fået af vide af hotellet at poolen var åben.

Liked mostThe hotel is in a great location and suited our needs perfectly. The rooms were quiet and comfortable and the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and dining experience. I would stay here again if we return to Barcelona.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, providing a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. Every member of the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our visit memorable. We especially appreciated the complimentary amenities and thoughtful touches provided by the hotel, which made us feel truly valued as guests. One of the highlights of the property is the rooftop pool and terrace. The views over Barcelona are simply stunning and create an unforgettable atmosphere, whether during the day or at sunset. The breakfast was admittedly more expensive than we would typically budget for, but that is fairly common for luxury hotels of this caliber. Despite the cost, the quality, variety, and overall experience made it well worth it, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall, Grand Hotel Central exceeded our expectations. Between its prime location, beautiful accommodations, exceptional service, and spectacular rooftop views, we would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.
