Could improveCheck in and check out are slow and this could be improved. We believe that they need more receptionists on duty at peak times. The hot breakfast is also expensive. You cannot opt for simply the hot buffet service but have to include one item from the a la carte menu. This means that if you want a hot meal, the cooked breakfast is very expensive. This is unnecessary because I suspect that most people do not opt for the a la carte item.
