Liked mostEverything about the hotel was wonderful. The location was great, the staff were excellent, and the housekeeping team was extremely professional. The only issue we faced was that Uber couldn’t pick us up directly from the hotel entrance. Since we were traveling with children and several suitcases, it was quite inconvenient. We had to walk across to the street opposite the hotel to get an Uber. Another thing to mention is that we booked two different room types. We knew that one room was larger than the other, but I would recommend that anyone traveling with luggage choose the larger room instead of the 15-square-meter room. The 15 m² room is very small and can feel cramped, especially if you have suitcases.

Liked mostWe had the best stay at Hotel Da Baixa!! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome. We initially parked a few blocks away and Alfonso helped us bring in all of our luggage. The next day we were greeted for breakfast by Pedro who accommodated our baby so well! We were lucky enough to go on the complimentary walking tour with Pedro which was outstanding!! So insightful with the history of Lisbon. Pedro even made reservations for us at a wonderful restaurant that night and had many recommendations for the duration of our stay. He made us feel like family. As far as the hotel goes, the room is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. The hotel is centrally located and easy to walk places. Great stay for families especially with young kids - they had a crib ready for us to use upon arrival. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and if we are able to return to Lisbon we will be staying here again!!
