Da migliorareI had a very disappointing experience with the Marketing Manager, Ms. Claudia. She was extremely unprofessional and rude throughout our communication. Instead of trying to understand the issue or provide a solution, she repeatedly stated that she was off that day, which should not be the customer's concern. A professional representative should either assist or ensure the matter is handed over to someone who can. Unfortunately, no effort was made to resolve the issue, leaving a very poor impression of the company's customer service.
