Piaciuto di piùThe hotel is located on the ground floor of a Belle Époque residential building. The location is excellent: a tram station with direct airport access is just on the next block. It is a 5-minute walk to the Promenade and 20 minutes to Vieux Nice. The hotel has 8 rooms of various sizes that are a bit worn, some with cramped bathrooms. There is a fridge to keep a bottle of rosé cool, though I would have preferred a slightly cleaner floor. An adequate buffet-style breakfast is included and served in a confined room. Fortunately, you can take a tray back to your room to escape the chitchat of fellow travellers. Gilles does not like coffee. I managed with the dog. Overall, it is a fairly priced alternative, especially considering the great location.
