We honestly couldn’t find a single negative during our time here. The suites are beautifully appointed, comfortable, and brilliantly situated right near Kampong Glam, but what truly elevates this property above the rest is the extraordinary service. Every member of the front desk team was warm, professional, and went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and cared for throughout our trip. A special mention must go to Raphael, whose hospitality and attention to detail were simply outstanding. He is a fantastic ambassador for the Pan Pacific brand and made a lasting impression on us. If you are visiting Singapore and want high-end comfort combined with genuine, top-tier service, look no further. We will absolutely be returning on our next trip!

Great place for staycation

They were helpful in answering our requests for a late check out and Jully in particular also helped us to resolve the inability to open our door with the extra key card. Their great hospitality has made our staycation a truly beautiful experience and we are definitely recommending your hotel to our family and friends. We also love the set up of the family suite which is so compact and yet comfortable. The facilities provided truly make it very self sufficient. Thank you Pan Pacific Service Suites for recruiting such great staff.

My home away from home in Singapore

The one-way airport pickup service made my arrival smooth and stress-free, leaving a wonderful first impression. What impressed me the most was the daily shuttle service to my workplace. It made my commute incredibly convenient, and the reservation process was simple and hassle-free. Every staff member I met was kind and professional, but I would especially like to thank Angela and Julie. Even though some of my requests were outside their responsibilities, they treated them as if they were their own. They personally helped me resolve several complicated payment issues and always made sure everything was taken care of. Since this was my first visit to Singapore, I was naturally a little nervous, but their warmth and genuine hospitality made me feel comfortable from day one. No matter how small my questions were, they always answered with a smile and treated me like a friend rather than just a guest. Their kindness truly made a lasting impression on me, and I am sincerely grateful for everything they did. In the future, if I need temporary accommodation before leaving Singapore, I would definitely choose to stay here again. We also have employees who are frequently relocating to and from Singapore, and I will gladly recommend this hotel to all of them. If we could receive a more competitive corporate rate in the future, that would make the experience even more perfect. Thank you once again to everyone at Pan Pacific. Nice Welcoming and treating always make a difference!

The suites preparation of washing machine and mini kitchen made a difference in our stay! The most important of all is the people welcoming you and treating you on your stay, a special thanks goes to Diyana, Angela and Adriana, they were caring and helping like a family to us! Will indeed come back and stay again!

Piaciuto di piùI must say that your Front desk staff are amazing. Welcoming and I can see their smile from far. As a high-end service personal myself I'm happy to see this. This is our 3rd stay, my Autistic son love here so much with the full window view. The room are well clean. Swimming pool and gym area has a fantastic view of the harbor. Hope to come back soon and get a higher floor.💕

Piaciuto di piùEasy checkin, close to Nicoll MRT, on the doorstep of Kampong Glam and all its restaurants, great views and excellent rooftop pool. The breakfast was all you would expect from an international hotel, we love this hotel.
