Location, location, location

Liked mostLocation was spectacular, it was literally the center of it all, our longest walk was 20 minutes to the colosseum. Everything else was literally just mins. Restaurants, stores and monuments were relatively close the only thing we got a taxi for was for the Vatican otherwise it was beyond great. Breakfast was good, staff was amazing.

Staff save the day

Liked mostI was told this was a 4 star hotel, it is not. The room they offered at first was very small for two people and had stained rugs. We upgraded to a suite, it was better however the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom felt unsafe. The tub was so high, you had to make an effort to leap out of it With no safety bars to hold on to; I’m a senior citizen. The breakfast was ok, nice terrace. Must comment on staff: they were all very helpful and friendly- truly one of the hotels assets. The location is vey convenient as well. Georgia from the bar is a star.
