Liked mostHelpful, caring staff at front desk; room was spacious and had everything I wanted ( except maybe an espresso machine). I arrived hours before check-in and they were able to get me into my room by 11 am.

Could improveBooked two rooms, one was perfectly ok. The second room had some electricity and air-conditioning issues (during heat wave) which was raised with the staff on several occasions. Electricity was fixed, air-conditioning questions were never attended to and no solutions offered

Excellent stay, beautiful clean hotel!

Liked mostVery close to Roma Termini. I was a little concerned about that because I had read reviews about the noise bad neighborhood. We were on the 4th floor and couldn’t hear anything.

Could improveThe shower was extremely difficult to figure out how to turn on. Took me and husband 10 minutes and had to go to son’s room and help them with theirs! Door knob came off in my hand from the inside. But they quickly sent someone up to fix it
