Could improveWe were disappointed with our stay. The Wi-Fi was almost unusable, despite being advertised. Even Google often wouldn’t load. We were told to work from the lobby, but the connection there was only slightly better and still unreliable. The room had a bad smell, and there was hair on the bed when we arrived. The pillows were all old, lumpy, and uncomfortable. The parking area was poorly lit, and we had to use our phone torches to get from the lift to the car. The air conditioning was average and struggled to cool the room. Some staff were friendly, but others were unhelpful and seemed unhappy. Overall, the hotel did not match what was advertised, and we would not stay here again.
