If you are booking a prepaid rate and require an invoice, please include your company details in the Special Requests box when booking. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in, Please be informed that the hotel applies a supplement of €30.00 for small dogs and €50.00 for medium-sized dogs for the entire duration of the stay. Furthermore, kindly note that if an invoice is required, it must be requested at the time the reservation is finalized. It will not be possible to request an invoice at a later stage. The hotel accepts dogs (small size). A supplement will be charged for extra cleaning.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
