We experienced an unexpected issue during our stay, and it was resolved immediately with professionalism, kindness and genuine care. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their excellent customer service completely changed our experience. I wish every hotel had staff like them.

Liked mostTivemos uma ótima estadia em Milão. O hotel era extremamente confortável, limpo e bem localizado, mas o grande destaque foi a simpatia e a atenção dos funcionários.
