Great location and staff, but I will not be back.

Liked mostThe location great to the dome is great and the staff was excellent. Besides those two great points, I would not stay here again.

Could improveThe room was smelly from the bathroom, probably because of the heat. A lot of small things in the room were broken that need fixing, such as parts missing in wooden floor, bathroom features broken, coffee machine not working.

A beautiful friendly clean place, in reach of many good sights.

Liked mostGood location only 5 minutes to Duomo and shopping and eateries. Pleasant decor and amazing breakfast with friendly helpful staff.

Could improveOur room was adjacent to the stairway to the restaurant, which was open until 11. That meant a lot of noise including wait staff rolling a loud cart from the elevator, and guests coming and going loudly right at our door. That made it difficult to relax and sleep. We would have liked a quieter room.
