Liked mostEmplacement idéal à 5 min à pied de la gare Termini. Quartier calme. Chambre rénovée spacieuse, avec climatisation. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Liked mostZimmer waren super. Wir waren in einem ganz neu modernisierten Zimmer im 4. Stock. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig in der Nähe vom Termini, in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und das alte Rom ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Klimaanlage könnte etwas besser kühlen, ansonsten war alles prima.

Liked mostVery disappointing stay. From check-in, our room had a strong, unpleasant smell (musty/smoke-like). We asked to be moved, but the second room had the exact same odor problem. We were moved a third time, and again the smell was there. During our stay we also found a cockroach on the bathroom wall, mold-like stains on the mattress protector, and a large damp/water stain on the ceiling that likely explains the odor throughout the property. The carpets and wallpaper also looked worn and poorly maintained. After three failed room changes with no real solution, we decided to leave the hotel altogether. Cleanliness and maintenance clearly need serious attention here. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are properly addressed.
