Overall recommended! Cozy apartment with great smart amenities. It would be even better if the price could be a bit more

Liked mostRoom & Facilities: The room features plenty of power outlets and very smart touch-controls for lights and blinds. The kitchen is fully stocked with enough dishes, cups, and utensils. If you plan to eat in the room, it's best to buy ready-made food, as cooking hot meals can leave a lingering smoke odor. Staff & Service: Although the check-in started a bit rough, the staff later responded to all our questions and requests with great politeness and a warm smile. Upon check-out, they provided secure luggage storage and carefully verified the number of bags, which made us feel safe. Location: The location is generally good, though the walk might feel a bit tiring if you are unfamiliar with the area and dragging heavy luggage on the first day.

Could improveCheck-in process was tedious and could be improved. When we first arrived, the staff were sitting at a bar-like table working on their laptops, making them look like hotel guests. As a result, we had to use the self-service kiosk to check in ourselves. The system was quite tedious because it required inputting the full passport names of every single guest. Since we had 3 rooms to manage and were already exhausted from traveling, it did affect our mood a bit. It wasn't until someone finally noticed us that they came over to help. I hope the hotel

Liked most+ centrally located + very nice interior + staff helpful and nice + rooms are very spacious

Could improveWith some minor adjustments, rooms could be even more comfortable (like extra kitchen towels, more room for clothes, …) Bathroom / shower could need a renovation, as in contrast to the rest of the appartment, they seem pretty old/used

Liked mostRooms were good sized. The lobby was very nice and comfortable. Air conditioning, amenities. Lobby staff available 24 hours and willing to provide extra towels, coffee, etc at no extra cost.

Could improveThe bed is pushed against the window/wall, making it difficult for my elderly parents to get into the bed.
