NICE BIG ROOM though dental kit missing.Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good and MR MOHAMED staff at the coffee shop was very attentive!Well located. Special thanks also to the SALES MANAGER AND MR HAMDY-KARNAK EGYPT AIR who allowed a late check out till 4 pm.

Very nice indeed.

Liked mostHad an amazing time. The staff were all really friendly and so helpful. Check in and out was very smooth. The twin room was spacious, clean and comfortable, we were on the 6th floor and had no issues with noise. The complimentary water every day was very much appreciated. Breakfast was varied and tasty. There was nothing to complain about. Thank you for making our 7 day stay so pleasant.

In need of a makeover

Liked mostI had a Nike facing room. Extremely noisy, even on the non Eid days. Loud music until the early hours. The room wasn't befitting of a 4Star with old furniture and damaged tiles, but it was exceptionally clean and the cleaning staff were wonderful. The breakfast had a wide range of food and drinks and the staff were friendly and attentive. One problem with the hotel is the evenings. The rooftop bar is freezing and the new restaurant (still getting set up) was uninviting and also cold. Unfortunately, the food wasn't much warmer and even though we complained, we still had to pay. Be mindful of the Taxi Service desk opposite reception. They overcharged us for a trip to the GEM. Use Uber instead. The pool is small, but peaceful. It's a shame there is nowhere inside the is quiet.

Missing points stay

Liked mostIn August 2025 , I was staying at Novotel Cairo el borg, The reservation was for 2 rooms double occupancy an for 2 nights , Dispite few problems faces during the stay , but it’s okay never mind, But the problem I am reviewing because of it , is after checking out , and as for my loyalty program Accor , the points must be credited to my account as the total amount of the 2 rooms paid ( this is as the terms of the program ) But the points was added for 1 room only. I have contacted Mr Osama Yousef reservations manager and he promised he will solve the problem , I asked him to send me the total invoice for the stay , but he didn’t , unfortunately, with no professionality , he ignore my calls and WhatsApp messages . I don’t know how this attitude came from responsible person Representing the hotel . I am asking for my rights, I am not asking for complimentary . I will not compromise on my rights.
