Liked mostMeillä oli upea huone kattoterassilla😍 Aamiainen oli todella maukas ja monipuolinen: suolaista, makeaa, tuoretta, raikasta ja piti sisällään proteiinia, kuituja sekä vitamiineja! Sijainti oli mitä parhain, rauhallisella alueella, mutta lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaikesta, erittäin käytännöllinen sijainti. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja avulias. Tulemme uudelleen!❤️

Liked mostThe old furnishings and decorations were alluring. The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing for luggage storage before check-in time, as well as after check-out. The AC ran cold and was a blessing in the 95F July heat. The proximity to Gallerie dell’Accademia was great, as well as the Accademia bridge and ferry stop. The host provided great recommendations for dinner and shopping across Venice.

Could improveThe front desk is on the 4th level, and the small elevator was only large enough to carry luggage upstairs. Some rooms are in a separate building, and up additional stairs - be prepared for many steps. The view from my room was onto another rooftop.

Liked mostIt was convenient to the attractions even though in quiet spot

Could improveWe followed instructions for lift and it got stuck so pressed alarm and the male staff member was angry, so didn't use it again. This was at night so he seemed annoyed. It was scary being stuck in a tiny lift, with no sympathy from the staff member. He wasn't friendy. The rest of the female staff were lovely. My friend has bad knees so climbing the stairs was difficult for her, so wouldn't stay there again, or recommend it to anyone with with bad hip or knees.
