The wellness center is available from 09:00 until 22:30 daily. Children under the age of 5 are not allowed in the spa, while children aged 5-14 are allowed in the hot tub only if accompanied by a parent. When booking the room-only option, access to the spa is not included. Use of the wellness center is not permitted for pregnant women.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

Children and extra bed policy: Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 7 years old stay for € 50 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Liked mostGreat convenient location to stay before/right after the flight, close to the airport. Best in class spa facilities. Tidy new rooms, comfortable beds, stylish design and cozy common areas. Little green oasis minutes away from the airport

Could improveWhile it is a dog friendly hotel, not all room categories accept dogs and it is not mentioned during the booking. We were requested to upgrade to the upper category to be allowed with the dog. Also for a 5 star hotel you would expect some tissues, complementary water in the room, glass cups instead of plastic - some small, but crucial things were missing. No porter services available early in the morning. And we received a wake up call an hour earlier than requested
