Liked mostHôtel idéalement placé pour visiter Rome, à proximité de la gare train + routière, et 30 mn du Colisée & forum à pied. Le personnel est très serviable. un frigo est à disposition dans la chambre pour conserver au frais l'eau !

It was fine, the check in staff was helpful but after that the front desk staff were rude.

Could improveThe pillows were awful. They were flat and hard. When we asked for more the front desk staff were resistant to helping us. Everyone we asked for something (extra pillows and a bottle opener) they told us they should be in our room. When we told them it was not in our room they acted like we were lying or just dumb. The same thing happened when our key stoped working. She asked me several questions implying that I didn’t know how a key worked.
