Comfy bed and good value. A bit soulless but functional.

Could improveNo tea and coffee making facility, no cold water available to fill water bottles ( was told to fill in the toilets) Booked twin room for 2 people but was made up as a double incl 1 small complimentary bottle of water for 2 people for 3 days stay.

Liked mostLo que más me interesaba es la localización que era camino a mi destino desde el aeropuerto de Malpensa , que pudiéramos cenar ducharnos y dormir para salir a primera hora hacia nuestro destino

Could improveLlegamos 22,10 hs fuimos mal recibidos por el recepcionista (vergonzosa su actitud) Queríamos cenar veníamos de un viaje aéreo muy prolongado , si bien estábamos en hora nos dijeron que no podíamos cenar y tuvimos que salir nuevamente a la ruta a buscar un lugar para comer algo Una desconsideración absoluta
