Liked mostLovely hotel. Breakfast was plenty full. Very clean hotel. Its in a good location.

Could improveThere was no draws in our room. I do like to unpack. We stayed or 5 nights. Had to keep socks and underwear in our hand luggage cases. That was my only fault.

A great hotel in very nice location

Liked mostI loved the location, cleanliness and friendly staff. The room was comfortable and nice with good size and decent street view.

Could improveThere were very small issues, the AC fan was a bit loud and the corridors had a tiny bit of some humidity smell so I think they need fresh air every now and then.. My room had a tiny bit of that smell at first but few minutes of opening the window fixed it.

Roma’da kendimizi evimizde hissettiren harika bir otel

Liked mostOğlumun Roma seyahatinde konakladığı Hotel Twentyone’dan çok memnun kaldık. Kahvaltısı gerçekten çok güzel. Özellikle kruvasanlarını yemeden kesinlikle dönmeyin! Üst katta bulunan kahvaltı restoranında harika bir manzara eşliğinde güne başlamak çok keyifli. Odalar her gün düzenli olarak temizleniyor ve otelin temizliği gerçekten çok başarılı. Otel çalışanlarının tamamı son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Özellikle resepsiyonda görev yapan Andrea’ya ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Oğlum otelde konaklarken ben de sürekli Andrea ile iletişim hâlindeydim. Sorularımızı hiç sıkılmadan, büyük bir sabır ve nezaketle yanıtladı. Dönüşte havalimanı transferimiz için taksimizi de Andrea ayarladı ve her ayrıntıyla yakından ilgilendi. Kendimizi gerçekten güvende hissetmemizi sağladı. Ayrıca Tatiana ve Darlo’ya da ilgileri, yardımları ve güler yüzleri için çok teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu da çok güzel. Trevi Çeşmesi, Pantheon ve Vatikan Müzeleri gibi önemli yerlere yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor. Metroya çok yakın olması sayesinde Roma’nın diğer bölgelerine ulaşım da oldukça rahat. Kolezyum’a aktarmalı metro yolculuğuyla yaklaşık 15 dakikada ulaşılabiliyor. Roma’da artık bir evimiz daha var. Yeniden Roma’ya geldiğimizde hiç düşünmeden yine burada konaklayacağız. Liked mostLocated at the center of historic Rome in Prati district. Easy access to popular sightseeings either by foot or transport. Area is less cluttered with garbage and street is relatively clean without grafitti on the walls. Food on breakfast menu is very tasty but isn't diverse, e.g. the same dishes every day but that's not critical because of their quality. Hotel's ACs work all the time - it's very pleasant coming to cool place from Roman inferno.

Could improveThe room was very small for 2 person maybe even for one. Bathroom doesn't have shelves and easy access hooks for towels. Minibar's door is transparent and always has lights turned on. I couldn't find button to make it dim so I just used my clothes for obfuscation. Staff while cleaning everyday may search through your belongings. I had my toothbrush and razor in plastic bag. They threw the bag and put hygenic ones. The main minus is that the room small.
