A damage deposit of EUR 3500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the city tax will be charged for people aged 16 years or older. Guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. Please note that guests are to wash the dishes and empty the dishwasher and bins prior to check-out. Guests are to hand the keys back to either the property owners or their representative in person at the agreed check-out time. For late check-out of more than 30-minutes, an additional fee of EUR 100 will be charged. For delays of over two hours, the property owner will change the locks. All expenses related to cleaning to property and removing belongings will be at the guest’s expense. It is the guests responsibility to ensure that the property is left in the same condition it was found in. Guests will be charged for any damages or breakages to the furniture or equipment. Please note that the property is not equipped to welcome guests with reduced mobility. The swimming pool is heated from April to October.
