Lobby is not a safe place, beware

Lo más valoradoThe lobby of this hotel is not a safe place. My backpack with passports was stolen from the lounge area of the lobby when our back was turned for the briefest of moments. There is no security guard or even bellhops in the lobby area. The place is understaffed. Hotel management didn’t seem to be able to do much to help us either. The manager basically just said he’ll pass our concerns up the corporate chain. Other than a free drink nothing else was offered to us.

We love Apex Temple court

Lo más valoradoI love this hotel for the great location within easy reach of the main sites on foot or by tube. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. We loved our junior suite room and the club lounge access (although I wish they would change the Chardonnay to any other white wine!) Our room was a tad warm and would have benefited from cooler air con the lowest was 18. But the hotel provided us with 2 oscillating fans which helped greatly. When i was checking out the representative apologised for the air con issue and was kind. The staff are very clued up on any guest issues and mention them and proposals to improve the experience for next time. There will be a next time for us, thanks Apex!

Lo más valoradoI had a great stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Considering the price, it offers great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Excellent stay

Lo más valoradoRooms were a good size, comfortable and clean. Location is well centred between Covent Garden and Borough Market and which are two of our favourite areas and both were easily walkable. Temple Underground station is a 5-10 minute walk away from the hotel which is also very convenient. My favourite thing about this hotel though, is that they let you run the air-conditioning all night long which makes for a great, full sleep. Most hotels cut the A/C after 4 or 5 hours of consecutive running, often leaving me awake and in a pool of sweat at about 4 am. NOT HERE! You get a very big plus from us in this department.

Very nice experience at Apex Temple Court

Lo más valoradoExtremely clean, friendly staff, a nice experience. Upon arrival our A/C didn't work (and it was 34C in London that day). Our room was promptly changed to a better room. The hotel is nicely located near several tube stops, shopping, and restaurants. The only negative was that our flight from Chicago was cancelled and our arrival was delayed 24 hours. We let the hotel know as soon as we knew (which was well before check-in time), but were still charged for the first night, which was unfortunate and extremely expensive. We have been to Apex Temple Court before and plan to return in the future.
