Por mejorarUnfortunately, the condition and cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom, were very disappointing and did not match the quality of the service provided by the team. The bathroom clearly requires much more attention to maintenance and deep cleaning. There was significant staining and buildup around the toilet seat and hinges, visible discoloration, limescale and residue on the shower fittings and shower head, and areas around the flooring and fixtures that appeared poorly maintained. The blinds and some other surfaces also looked as though they needed a thorough clean. These are not small cosmetic details; cleanliness and bathroom hygiene are fundamental to the guest experience. Based on the condition shown, I would strongly recommend that management carry out a proper deep clean, maintenance inspection, and replacement of any fixtures that can no longer be restored to an acceptable standard.
