My experiences and advices

Lo más valoradoFirst of all, I would like to thank you for the birthday cake and wine you prepared for my birthday on October 11th. It was very thoughtful of you and made us really happy. Although the hotel is not very close to the city center, the tram system made it easy to reach many places thanks to the nearby stops. I would also like to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff. Our room was spotless throughout our four-day stay, and I truly appreciated the excellent cleaning service.

Por mejorarThe biggest downside was the noise from the trains, which was quite loud and sometimes woke us up during the night. We also had problems with the TV because the down arrow on the remote control was not working, so we couldn't use YouTube. When we tried to connect our phone to the TV, it requested information we didn't know. Unfortunately, the reception staff couldn't help us, although providing another remote control might have solved the problem. Regarding breakfast, I would recommend offering a wider variety of cheeses and adding olives to the menu. Since guests also come from Türkiye and the Balkan countries, I believe their breakfast preferences should be taken into consideration as well.
