Lo más valoradoI’m giving 3, instead of 2, because I don’t have another hotel with which I can compare it to (in Helsinki). The location was solid, but not the experience I was hoping for, given the price. The deluxe room was dark, dank, and rather depressing. There weren’t any welcomes, announcements/info, washcloths, etc. The robes felt like old scratchy, dirty towels that were dried out on the floor. I’m not certain as to the age of the hotel, but given the weariness of the carpets, floors, window blinds, etc., it feels as though it’s past its heyday. The room was sparse and I was really cold when I slept (you’re only allowed to program the thermostat within a few degrees), so I had to use additional towels above the duvet. It was passable, but not for the rate charged.
