From May to October inclusive: A prepayment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the stay is required upon reservation, non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. A valid identity card or passport must be presented at the reception upon arrival (driving licence only is not accepted). If these documents are not presented, the hotel reserves the right to refuse access to the room. Thank you for your understanding. A deposit may be required at the property.
