Unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.

Lo más valoradoGreat location. Incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Por mejorarUnfortunately this has been by far the most disappointing hotel experience I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, the property had a persistent musty smell that raised serious concerns about the condition of the building. The rooms were no better either with visible signs of mold and an unpleasant smell as soon as we walked in. On top of that every time we used the shower or sink, a terrible smell came from the drains. The staff moved us to another room the following day, despite the hotel being fully booked for our entire stay. Unfortunately, the second room was no better than the first, with the same underlying issues (but without mold In the AC vents) For a hotel claiming to be 5 star, these conditions are simply unacceptable. The mold issues, unpleasant odors, poor cleanliness, and obvious lack of maintenance fall far below even basic hospitality standards, let alone those expected of a property that must be maintained and conserved. This experience fell well short of expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel unless these fundamental issues are properly addressed. Regardless, props to the staff for being particularly the only thing we enjoyed.

性价比很一般

Lo más valorado地理位置和早餐是这家酒店的优势

Por mejorar到了入住时间酒店还未完成卫生打扫，拖到下午四点才入住。酒店设施老旧，房间距离大堂较远。
