Liked mostLovely staff, lovely hotel. Very quiet area, but only a short walk from the city centre, perfect for solo travellers. Definitely do the Whisky tasting experience with Tony.

Fantastic location with extremely kind staff

Liked mostWe had a wonderful stay at the hotel mostly because of the warm and friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome and cared for. We were in town for the Fringe, so it was nice to be able to get away from all the vibrant energy of Old Town and have some quiet time at the hotel, about a 15 minute walk from the Royal Mile. We enjoyed having coffee in the terraced garden, and breakfast in the eating area inside was so charming.

Could improveOh, wouldn't we all love it if they had a lift. LOL

Liked mostHotel situato dietro la calton hill e abbastanza vicino alla stazione dei treni, staff gentilissimo e hotel esteticamente stupendo, fortunatamente ho ricevuto anche l'upgrade della camera che era altrettanto bella, rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Unico problema è che non c'è l'ascensore ma lo staff è pronto ad aiutarti coi bagagli :)
