Liked mostThis is in an upcoming part of Frankfurt. It was summer so we were able to walk easily to the riverside and all the way to town. (30 MINS but lovely). Staff great. Good sense of humour. Decor fab and really interesting spaces. Across the road are two good Vietnamese restaurants, on traditional German... delicious, two Italian and one Japanese. Fun place and felt safe for two women.

Stylish Stopover in Frankfurt: Comfort and Character at 25hours Hotel The Goldman

Liked mostWe stayed one night at 25hours Hotel The Goldman in Frankfurt on our way to France, and it was a great stopover. Located in the east end of Frankfurt, about 2 km from the Altstadt, the hotel has a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Our room was clean, neat, and very comfortable—just what we needed after a long drive. One of the highlights for us was that dogs are welcome, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was excellent, with a generous buffet and the option to order dishes à la carte. The staff were exceptionally service-minded and made us feel very well looked after. Although the Italian restaurant on-site isn’t directly part of the hotel, it adds convenience and a nice dining option. We also found a parking garage close by, and the tram to the city center stops right outside the hotel. All in all, we can warmly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Frankfurt—especially if you value comfort, good service, and a laid-back vibe

They do not refund the deposit, without any explanation

Liked mostI needed to pay a deposit of 75 euros. They told me it would be refunded after the checkout. The checkout was on Jan 3rd. Today it’s Jan 24th and I still didn’t get the refund with no explanation. The hotel doesn’t respond to my messages. The general manager doesn’t reply to my emails. So they stole my money just like that!!!

Excellent staff.

Liked mostThe only reason I have rated this hotel 3 is due to the staff, everyone I came into contact with were fantastic, very helpful, very polite. We booked 2 double rooms, one had a double bed and one had 2 singles, being 6ft4 I struggled to sleep, they said my room was facing the courtyard when in fact it faced the road and was quite noisy, when I mentioned this to reception they told me the hotel was fully booked so I couldn't move. The room itself was very dated and tired, I don't think I will be staying there again.

Great place to stay and would highly recommend

Liked mostThe hotel was a very nice place to stay, a free mini bar was included with the room which was a nice surprise. The hotel is in a good locaition in the city with lots of restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and I would highly recommend staying at the hotel.

Liked mostExcellent hotel, all aspects were genuinely great. Around a 30 minute walk from the centre of Frankfurt, but felt totally safe throughout.
