Liked mostThe staff were amazing and couldn’t have done more to make our stay with our pooch Ruby. Everyone doted on her whenever we went past. Rooms were funny and not sterile like a lot of hotels.

Could improveThe lighting in the room and bathroom was poor. We had a building beside us so not much natural light coming in.

Central Stay and Close to the Theatre

Liked mostNice property and very comfortable rooms. After a long week it was a nice break. Walkable to a lot of central places in the CBD and to the train station. Very close to the Capitol Theatre for anyone going to watch a show.

Could improveIt is sandwiched between a few other properties so it can get confusing for an Uber drop off point at first. The lighting can also be a bit softer in the rooms which only really mattered when I was putting on my make up.
