Could improveThis Hotel was closed. Booking is not aware. Once I arrived I was took to a sister hotel . The AC went out in this hotel and the sister company AC is going out. I had a dentist Appointment. Only stayed Two days but NEVER again. The staff was rude about the accommodations in regarding the AC. Booking should be aware. I was NEVER offered a Refund but just relocated to the sister Hotel that is having AC issues.

Good hotel in Cancun city.

Liked mostBreakfast was very good. Shower worked great, as did the AC. Very clean.
