Liked mostPosizione centrale vicina ad Alexander Platz, molto comoda per visitare la città. Vicino a stazione S-bahn e U- bahn, supermercato, pub, farmacia ... Ottima struttura. Ci tornerei.

Could improveThere were some minor maintenance issues: the fan in the bathroom did not seem to work and it was not fixed. Not a deal breaker but worth noting.

Toujours un accueil et un service impeccables

Liked mostStudios avec cuisine très spacieux, et très bon emplacement. C’est pourquoi je reviens si souvent dans cet apart hôtel quand je viens à Berlin. Et le personnel était vraiment particulièrement aimable 😊

Could improveJe ne mets pas un 10 car 2 lumières étaient défectueuses et le réparateur n’a réparé qu’une des 2 et quand je l’ai signalé c’était le week-end. Donc j’ai passé 4 jours sans lumière dans la cuisine ce qui n’est pas pratique. L’hôtel m’a offert un petit déjeuner pour le dédommager.

A lovely stay in Berlin

Liked mostA lovely, clean hotel in a great location. The staff were all lovely and friendly. The room was clean and equipped with everything you'd need. We loved having the kitchenette so we could sort our own breakfast before a day of exploring.

Could improveFor 2 people on a 5 night stay, there wasn't enough coffee supplied in the room for a morning cup. Not a massive deal and the member of staff manning breakfast let me grab a cup from the machine. But something to consider.
