Como no hay personal de recepción en caso de problema tienes que llamar al teléfono amarillo de Help, ....y si ya a veces te cuesta entenderte en inglés de forma presencial no te digo nada por teléfono. Afortunadamente la recepcionista hablaba español..que si no igual a estas alturas aún estábamos tratando de hacer el check. y lo que me pasó a mí le pasó a otros muchos clientes.... y después de haber estado revisando las opiniones de los clientes al parecer es algo reiterativo. es decir, es un problema que arrastran, pero que no solucionan, haciendo que ya de principio tengas una mala impresión del hotel

Could improveGenerell war es sauber, aber das Bad hatte einigen schwarzen Schimmel. Für ein angeblich allergikerfreundliches Zimmer geht das gar nicht. Die Dusche ließ sich nicht auf die Handbrause umstellen.

Nice comfortable fully equipped hotel room in the city centre

Liked mostHotel is located perfectly in a walking distance to the citycentre or right on the public transport for a comfortable evening arrival back. Very nice room with a view to the school yard (empty as it was during the summer holidays), nicely equipped. The breakfasts in the neighbour "mother"hotel (just across the street) were great, rich choice and everything fresh. The service was more than friendly.

Large and comfortable room and great location

Liked mostVery clean, large and comfortable room. Amazing location just a few steps from the main train station. Laundry room was very handy! I highly recommend it and will stay again!
