A good hotel with helpful staff, who did everything to make my stay comfortable.

Liked mostThe staff were responsive when I raised concerns about my first room and moved me to one with a much better pool and garden view. The property itself was comfortable enough, and staying there helped me start exploring and understanding the different areas of Phuket.

Could improveMy original room faced the back of the property, and although I asked about upgrading, there was no sea-view option available. The biggest disadvantage was the location, as it felt disconnected from central Patong and required more planning and transport than I expected, which reduced the value of my limited time in Phuket.
