Liked mostMexico never disappoints when it comes to the customer experience. My daughter forgot her very expensive purse and charger and the hotel folks returned it to our house within 5 days. I cannot recommend this hotel, their service and location more. I have been in over 80 countries and over 4 million miles and our neighbors to the south are the best. Gracias Mexico.

Liked mostDecent breakfast buffet. Hotel is located in relatively low-profile neighbourhood. However nice design hotel with warm staff and decent service quality.

Could improveThough Condesa is supposed to be one of the coolest neighbourhoods of the city, the immediate surrounding of the hotel is not attractive. Room size is average but the huge columns in the rooms make the space smaller than it is.

Perfect stay in CDMX.

Liked mostWe usually stay in BnBs but absolutely loved this hotel. It is very well located, our room was very quiet, the shower is huge—it even has a seat. Excellent breakfast, wonderful, helpful staff. Room is high tech, loads of outlets. There is a beautiful rooftop restaurant and a pool, and a “wooftop” biergarden that is open air and allows dogs.
