Enjoyable stay as always and fantastic staff

Liked mostGreat location. Ten mins to city centre. Fantastic, helpful staff. Good facilities in the apartment and well equipped. There is a lift if required too. Each guest has an individual door code to the property which is the same as the apartment code so it's a safe place to stay. There are also cameras on each floor. The apartments are managed by the Hotel Madrid next door and there is 24/7 cover there.

Could improveThe apartment is looking a bit tired. Some things were held together with sellotape - honestly. The TV remote, the wallpaper in the bathroom. It was clean but a couple of things - there is mould in the shower which is not that bad that some bleach and a brush couldn't easily remove it. It would make things look so much better and cared for too. Also, the dining table is a marble slab on a frame. There is a rim around the table as it rests on the stand and this rim is full of stale crumbs and debris. I have stayed here a few times over the years now in the same apartment and these things were the same then. This is the first time I have mentioned it though and clearly not bad enough for me not to return which I will. Hopefully, the management will address these issues now and keep up maintenance of what is really a very nice and spacious apartment.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and fully equipped apartment in the perfect central location!

Liked mostWe had a great stay at Apartamentos Abreu Suites! The apartment is beautifully decorated, lovely and spacious, and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. Check-in was easy, and an early check-in was no problem at all – very much appreciated. And the location is simply perfect: right in a good neigbourhoud of Sevilla, with everything within walking distance. In short: a beautiful, central apartment with excellent service. Highly recommended!

Great option outside of the center

Liked mostQuiet street, pleasant walk to the center. Good air con and quiet communal areas. Great communication from the host and early check in which was super handy!

Could improveCould sometimes hear chairs being dragged above so would advise staying on top floor. We did have a few ants in the kitchen area which we raised with the host when we left, however I would still stay again.
