The One-bedroom Apartment with Balcony is on the ground floor and the others on the 1st and 2nd floors. Measurements of the garage entrance: 8.2 ft x 7.4 ft A baby cot for a child up to 2 years old can be arranged for free, upon availability. Please note that all damages or stolen items in the property will be charged in the credit card provided. To access the code to enter in the apartment, please provide your correct e-mail address and phone number when making the reservation. Please note that for reservations of 2 guests, use of the sofa bed is at an extra fee of EUR 15. A weekly cleaning is provided for stays of 7 nights or more.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Très joli séjour à Porto

Liked mostTrès joli appartement dans ancien immeuble au coeur de Porto. Cuisine suffisamment équipée, lits fermes mais confortables, (même le canapé lit), linges éponge, accueil gourmand avec mini-bouteilles de porto à l'arrivée et bouteille d'eau dans le frigo, TV, climatisation agréable. Situé au 2e étage; accès par escaliers uniquement. Dans l'appartement, le lit principal se situe sur une mezzanine accessible par un escalier raide à pas décalés mais avec une main courante, alors que la salle de bain se situe en bas, avis à ceux qui doivent se lever la nuit... Nous avons laissé la mezzanine aux jeunes et dormi sur le canapé-lit. Nous avons trouvé la rue étonnamment tranquille de vingt-trois heures à six heures du matin pour un centre-ville. Tout peut se visiter à pied depuis l'appartement. Centre commercial et petites épiceries à proximité. Place de parking dans une cour intérieure située à quelques dizaines de mètres de l'entrée, accès étroit, ne pas venir avec une grosse voiture ! Globalement une excellente adresse.

Liked mostI could not imagine better location. A small market with great restaurants - 100m. Shopping mall - 50m. Metro - 150m. Literally all Porto attractions - starting from 15 min walk :)

Could improvecreepy floor ;) it squeeks every second step. We learned where to not step over time, but still - it was impossible to avoid squeeking entirely.

Liked mostLa nostra estada ha estat excel·lent. L'apartament està molt ben equipat, decorat amb molt de gust i cuidat fins al més mínim detall. Disposa de tot el necessari per sentir-se com a casa, amb mobiliari de qualitat, una cuina molt completa i un bany ampli amb una dutxa molt còmoda. També volem destacar les places d'aparcament gratuïtes, protegides amb tendals, un detall que s'agraeix molt quan es viatja amb cotxe. L'aire condicionat funcionava perfectament i va ser un gran avantatge durant els dies de més calor. Ens van sorprendre gratament els detalls de benvinguda, com les ampolles de vi i altres obsequis de cortesia, que demostren la cura que tenen pels hostes. La ubicació també és molt bona, a poca distància del Mercado do Bolhão i de la resta del centre d'Oporto, cosa que permet visitar la ciutat caminant. En definitiva, una estada meravellosa. Si tornem a Oporto, no dubtarem a allotjar-nos aquí de nou.

Could improveCom a sugerencia podria afegir que falta una rentadora. Sincerament, no hem trobat cap aspecte negatiu durant la nostra estada. Tot ha estat tal com esperàvem o fins i tot millor. Moltes gràcies per fer que la nostra visita a Oporto hagi estat tan agradable.

Komfortable Wohnung in recht zentraler Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit für Kleinwagen

Liked mostSehr schöne und komfortabel ausgestattete Wohnung mit Küche in guter Lage in Porto. Alles sehr sauber. Kleiner Balkon, zugehöriger Parkplatz. Ruhige Lage, da Wohnung zum Innenhof ging. Hilfsbereite, erreichbare Ansprechpartner (nicht vor Ort). Recht zentrale Lage (ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum, Metrostation in 2 Minuten)

Could improveDas Bett dürfte gerne etwas breiter sein. Hinweis: Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist wie beschrieben wirklich sehr eng. Daher unbedingt beachten.
