Great location good value

Liked mostFabulous location. I wandered around the inner and middle temples which was fascinating and great gardens on the heart of London. Room spacious and comfortable . We appreciate the little bar fridge. Room wasn’t ready when we arrived but we could leave the luggage so that was fine. I thought it was very good value for what it offered.

Could improveI was woken up by the noise of rubbish bins being emptied in the courtyard at 6:15 am. That may be an issue caused by the Council rather than the hotel. Nevertheless I was the one with the early unwanted wake up call.

Great hotel with friendly staff, perfect location

Liked mostLocation is really good. 10 min walk to Covent Garden and theatre district Bar staff were really friendly and attentive, especially poonam Front desk staff very friendly and professional The two dressing gowns and slippers were a nice touch Small fridge/cooler in room was handy

Could improveOur sink and bath were blocked which caused some grubby stuff to come up into the basin which was off putting however they fixed it by the time we came back Could have done with an extra top cover for bed as I got a bit chilly overnight
