Lovely apartment with stunning views

Liked mostLocation was great with gorgeous views. The property was clean, spacious and very comfortable. We loved it!

Could improveThis wasn’t a big negative for us but you want to have good mobility as you have to walk a ways into the property with your bags when you check in and check out. It’s worth it for the views and lovely apartment but just something to be aware of.

Could improveThis was the worst Airbnb stay we’ve ever had. When we were getting ready for bed at 11:20 pm, we found several body hairs on the bed sheet. We told the host right away, and they said they would give us a full refund. But the next day, the host accused us of having already slept on the bed. We’ve filed a complaint with Booking.com’s Customer Support Team and are now waiting for the outcome. Based on your feedback: 1. We asked for a refund because we found several body hairs on the bed. We contacted the host right away. The lady host called us back and told us to try to get some sleep since it was already passed 11:20 pm. She also promised we would get a full refund the next day. No one even came to the apartment to look at the problem. On second day you accused us why not leave the apartment right away??? 2. Your apartment faces a busy street, and yes, we closed the windows on that side. But all the windows facing the bridge were still open until we went to bed. It is ridiculous to accuse us already in bed just by checking the front windows. We’ve traveled to many European countries, and this is the first time we’ve ever experienced such terrible and unprofessional service. Instead of trying to fix the problem, you chose to blame your guests. Hopefully our review might be helpful to future guests.
