If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. Please note that only 1 dog or cat weighing less than 8 kg is accepted per room for an extra fee of R$ 110 per day or R$ 612 per week. You must sign a liability agreement and present the pet's vaccination card upon check-in. Please contact hotel to comply with the rules and restrictions for your pet. Pool and rooftop terrace operations on December 31: The pool will close at 12:00 PM on December 31 and reopen at 12:00 PM on January 1; Due to preparations for and the celebration of the New Year's party, the rooftop terrace will also be closed from 12:00 PM on December 31 until 12:00 PM on January 1. On New Year's Eve, access to the rooftop terrace will be restricted to guests/customers holding a ticket for the party.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
