A clean and comfortable room in a good location

Liked mostThe check-in process was simple and efficient and the staff were helpful. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities as advertised. I found the bed to be comfortable and the room to be quiet. I really appreciated having a desk to use for writing. The bathroom was not large but the shower was very nice. They don't offer breakfast but there are restaurants nearby for breakfast like Leon's Bagels which is less than 100ft away. I also liked the location--easy walking to Fulton St., Cortland St. And WTC subway stations was huge plus. Getting Uptown was very easy. Chinatown and Little Italy are a 20 minute walk. Also, they have a nice bar on floor 20.

A little gem

Liked mostWhat a gem of a hotel. Stayed here for 9 nights. Room was lovely and big with a super king bed, large sofa, wardrobe on the small size but we managed. We did have an outside terrace but the aircon made it noisy at times but still a lovely space. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. Hotel opposite the subway which made getting around so easy. Would highly recommend. Room serviced every day, so very clean and comfortable.

Pleasant Experience

Liked mostNice, quiet accommodations close to many attractions. Easy to get around with any choice of transportation. Our Concierge, Daniel, was great with helping us on our way each day by calling a cab, making sure we were comfortable in the cab and wishing us a pleasant day.
