Liked mostThe building, the location, the rooms are cozy. The manager Mrs Vera was hospitable and know how to run the property quite well and made our stay wonderful. The restaurant was nice.

Liked mostNautimme olostamme hotellissa. Huone oli viihtyisä ja hiljainen. Aamiainen oli ylellinen ja oli ihanaa istua hotellin sisäpihalla. Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä ja avulista. Kaunis, vanha luostarimiljöö oli kuin keidas suurkaupungin keskellä. Raitiovaunulla ja kävellen pääsi liikkumaan helposti moneen suuntaan.

Could improveOlisimme halunneet osallistua luostarin kirjaston esittelykierrokselle, mutta sellainen järjestetään vain kerran viikossa torstaisin ja saavuimme hotellille liian myöhään.

Hidden sanctuary

Liked mostThe most beautiful and serene setting. From check in with Raul, who was fantastic, to all services offered, a 10 star place! We were upgraded to Room 111, which was huge and thoughtfully appointed. It was very quiet and overlooked a courtyard. Only problem with the room was the desk, which was very nice but has an iron bar just where your knee hits when sitting down. Ouch! My husband had a massage, which he described as "perfect". The bar and restaurant for breakfast and lunch were excellent. Not so much for dinner, when one dish was inedible and tough. To their credit, they did not charge for that dish. Many thanks to the lovely staff!

Could improveOccasionally when asking ice to be delivered to the room it was forgotten, upon requesting it again it did eventually arrive.
