Your Home From Home is not a hotel, and does not have a front desk. Instead it provides 24-hour support, should you need it, and an office, open daily from 8 am to 6 pm, where you can speak directly to reservations and accommodations support. Your Home From Home reservations will email you in addition to your Booking.com confirmation with an email to let you know the address you will be staying at, this email may go into your spam, so please be aware. To ensure you have an enjoyable stay, it is important that you contact the apartments in advance of your arrival with your arrival time. This will allow them to plan for your arrival and show you to your apartment. The main office is located at The Moorings, Fitzwilliam Quay, Dublin 4, and the 3 apartment locations are all within a short walk of the office. If guests have any difficulty finding their apartment upon arrival, they should contact the number provided on their confirmation email. Please note that the apartments do not accept Stag or Hen (bachelor/ette) parties. Your Home From Home Apartments reserve the right to refuse entry.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
